“The Nights of Bascarsija” is the festival looking for the top quality cultural events. With this, it asks for perfect technical organization at all the open-air stages (such as stage lights, public-address system, chairs, security etc.)  This refers to all the festival locations (the White Fortress, Morica Han, Kolobara Han, the Army Building Garden, Svrzo’s House, Jajce Barracks, At Mejdan, Hotel Europe Garden, Dobrinja, Grbavica and Kosevo Stadiums etc.)

Each year, more than 100 young people are working on the technical part of the festival organization.   

The complete organizational part of the festival events is being undertaken by “Sarajevo Arts Agency”, Dalmatinska Street 2/1.

The basic program concept is considered and adopted by The Organizing Committee. Many of the Organizing Committee members are carrying out a great part of the festival events themselves. Thus, with five to six months of intense preparations, the festival can be successfully realized.

The festival propaganda is huge and diverse.

Apart from the daily announcements of the festival events in the media, “Sarajevo Arts Agency” publishes 1500 festival catalogues, 4000 posters (B1 format), publishes the festival program in the “Cultural Events Guide”, takes advantage of city lights, jumbo posters, placards and large boards. 

Together with this, daily festival events are being announced in the National TV Station. Main festival sponsors are always pointed out in the propaganda materials.
